ONCOR Energy Utility Rebate

When you install a PV system though the ONCOR Solar Program, you’ll receive a one-time payment expected to be $1.30 residential and $1.10 commercial per Watt of your PV system. This one-time payment is designed to help offset the cost of the installed system and encourage the development of Texas’ solar industry.

ONCOR Energy’s Solar Program makes it more affordable for you to install photovoltaic (PV) solar panels on your home or business. Solar photovoltaic (PV) electricity generation is a clean and sustainable source of renewable energy for Texas.

  • The system size must be between 1.0 and 100.00kW.
  • Applicants must be residential or commercial ONCOR Energy electric customer
  • Applicants must own the property/building on which the PV system will be installed.
